“I cannot say enough about this local business. I had never been through this particular situation before ( I was hit by a teenager on their phone. This an insurance claim) As I realized what was going on I drove to speak with them. The entire office was polite, professional and friendly. They explained how the process works and in very plain terms let me know that they are on the customers side and NOT the insurance company. As it progressed they were able to “advise me from their professional opinion “ versus the insurance company. I felt extremely confident and comfortable dealing with them. If I ever have to deal with a body shop it will always be at hill country collision”

“Brian and Manuel did an outstanding job repairing the body damage on my vehicle. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and completed the repairs in just two weeks. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and my vehicle looks amazing. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any of your auto body repair needs. Thank you both for the excellent customer service and quality work!”
