“I tried to buy supplies for the farm and when I presented the digital copy of my Ag Registration number I was told that I had to have a paper copy. I offered to email a copy of it so that they could print it but was told that only a paper copy would do. This is the only time that my digital copy has not been accepted....anywhere. Wierd! I paid the tax and moved on.
Update: After leaving a 1 star review I was contacted by management. A store manager reached out by phone and assured me that they would retrain their staff on the proper way to handle this. I am confident that they will follow through and I will continue to do business there as I have for the last 42 years.”
