“I had to pick up a U-Haul and Auto Transport from their location. When I arrived they told me I would have to hook it up myself. I instantly got irritated because I had specifically asked U-Haul if they would hook it up for me. In spite of me getting annoyed the lady in the store stayed completely calm. She made some calls to U-Haul and made arrangements to have a regional manager to come and connect the auto transport for me. She made sure to coordinate the schedule for me and the regional manager to meet back at the store once my truck was loaded. I gave her an estimated time of when I would be back and she called to check on me to make sure I was still going to be able to make the time because she told me to call them within an hour of my return so the U-Haul guy could arrive at the same time. I had to call back to the store a week later to follow up on some promises made by U-Haul. She remembered me from my rental and was very pleasant again. I'm glad I had someone really calm to deal with in a situation that was very irritating to me but was no fault of the person that I was dealing with.”

“Store is always very clean and well-stocked, roller grill is always clean and items are usually fresh before 8pm; cashiers are all very friendly and helpful. Gas prices are competitive and very rarely is there a wait for fuel or to be checked out. By far the best convenience store in town.”
