“I had to pick up a U-Haul and Auto Transport from their location. When I arrived they told me I would have to hook it up myself. I instantly got irritated because I had specifically asked U-Haul if they would hook it up for me. In spite of me getting annoyed the lady in the store stayed completely calm. She made some calls to U-Haul and made arrangements to have a regional manager to come and connect the auto transport for me. She made sure to coordinate the schedule for me and the regional manager to meet back at the store once my truck was loaded. I gave her an estimated time of when I would be back and she called to check on me to make sure I was still going to be able to make the time because she told me to call them within an hour of my return so the U-Haul guy could arrive at the same time. I had to call back to the store a week later to follow up on some promises made by U-Haul. She remembered me from my rental and was very pleasant again. I'm glad I had someone really calm to deal with in a situation that was very irritating to me but was no fault of the person that I was dealing with.”
“I've had very positive experiences with CVS Pharmacy in Cameron! They got things filled in timely manner, and my Copay is usually zero dollars. Can't ask for anything better than that! One thing to note is that if you call, you'll get routed to voicemail. However, they will call you back almost immediately. I was pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness to voicemail! Voicemail is normally a dead end at most places, but no problem at this CVS! They will call you back almost immediately.”

“I stop by Rattlers often while driving to Houston and every visit has been a great experience. The store is always very clean, organized, and well stocked. One thing that really stands out is how clean the restrooms are every single time I visit, which is something you don’t always find at gas stations. The customer service is also consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making each stop quick and pleasant. It’s refreshing to find a place that takes pride in both cleanliness and customer care. I will definitely continue stopping here and highly recommend it to others looking for a clean and reliable gas station experience!”
