“Susan couldn’t be more kind. She let me know the room was small and an “old town” feel. If you want the Ritz go pay $400/$500. I had booked and was going to get a puppy. ? As God would have it we got Cannoli before our booking. I called in advance and Susan cancelled our booking with no hesitation. She was professional and kind- A lost art in todays world. Thank you susan for being understanding and not charging us the booking fee when you could have.Elijah & John ..and now CANNOLI ?”

“Checked me into a room that wasn't cleaned. Requested house keeping everyday, 2 days out of 7 house keeping came in. 2nd time took my dirty towels and shower mat and didn't empty trash or replace the towels. Need pest control! I've stayed in side of the road motels in nowhere Oklahoma that had cleaner, better service. This place is a joke. Stay at the Best Western, it's older but breakfast is GOOD and house keeping comes in without having to ask.Canton health dept maybe needs an email....”
“Great motel, need a place for an over night stay or a few days, this is a great spot. Undergoing a renovation but we stayed in an older room and it was very clean and well maintained. A lill hidden but once you figure out how to get in and out its easy access.”
