“Such a cool, unique lodging option vs a traditional hotel. Quaint styling, the bed and pillows were amazing, very clean, easy access without having a on site check in process. They also provide coffee, tea, water, sparkling waters, and other amenities. I’m moving hotels today due to a conference, but would definitely stay here again in the future. Also Siti, the onsite restaurant, is sooo good.”

“This was a terrific spot to stay for a family of 5. The service at check and valet was top notch. There was a coffee shop and excellent restaurant on-site. Our room was comfortable and clean with a fold out couch. Location was convenient to walk to many locations. We would definitely stay again.”

“I stayed here for a conference. The other hotel was booked but didn’t mind because Hyatts are OK in my book. I was shockingly surprised and how nice the hotel is. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Pretty good breakfast that’s included in the stay, which isn’t always the case. It was 100 degrees when I stayed and was worried the ac wouldn’t work well but man, was I wrong! Austin knows how to crank AC- which I very much appreciated. Well done, Hyatt.”

“One of the best Marriott hotels and the Westin in Austin is very customer service focused. Sabrina at Azul rooftop bar makes amazing drinks and is so knowledgeable and friendly- HIGHLY recommend! Cody at the front desk is all about customer service and is genuinely a great guy. We love staying at Marriott properties but for some reason, the Westin always seems to go above and beyond!”

“Amazing property right in the heart of the CBD. Its accessibility to F&B spots, gig venues, and a few tourist attractions nearby make it ideal if you're in town for a short trip. The Lady bird lake and trails at back at to the charm too. The staff were friendly, the rooms were of a high standard and the whole experience was pleasant.”

“Nice little non chain accommodation in a perfect spot! Did a 2 night stay here coinciding with concert plans. It puts you in a very food heavy area with many great options! The hotel itself is small and homie. Saw 3 different front desk people during the stay with each being very friendly. The room (#4) was very nice, the shower and large tub made winding down amazing at the end of a long day. Would definitely stay here again!”

“I wanted to give some special recognition to Ashley over at concierge. I am not staying at the Fairmont, but I love hospitality and I pop by a different hotel every Friday. Her interaction with me demonstrated textbook hospitality from start to finish. She made eye contact with me at the right time, came out from her desk to talk to me, greeted me perfectly, was unbelievably warm, and made the interaction about me. I don’t see truly excellent hospitality very often, and I have to call it out whenever I see it. The property is absolutely beautiful, but that interaction alone makes me want to book a staycation at the Fairmont. Great job, Ashley!”

“Wonderful Stay at Lone Star Court – Exceptional Service from Chris! We absolutely loved our stay at Lone Star Court! The location in The Domain is wonderful, with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby, yet the property itself feels like a peaceful little getaway. The atmosphere is charming, campy, and uniquely Texas, with a relaxed, nostalgic feel that makes you want to slow down and enjoy yourself. We especially loved the rocking chairs, perfect for sitting outside with a cup of coffee, and the beautiful natural greenery in the center courtyard. It creates such a welcoming, peaceful setting. The property was quiet, and the amenities were fantastic for the value. Our room was an incredible value, comfortable, and well-appointed, including a full-size Smeg refrigerator stocked with all kinds of drinks. The food trucks and inviting bar area added to the fun, laid-back experience. And a special thank-you to Chris, the manager, who truly made our stay even better! He was incredibly helpful in getting us the room we wanted. He was friendly, informative, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. His customer service was outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcome. Lone Star Court is such a hidden gem in Austin, combining a great location with a relaxing atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin. Chris deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to make our experience so enjoyable!”

“I had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the city. The pool area was amazing with a great atmosphere and good vibes. Pool service was great. There were plenty of food options on-site and nearby, and everything we tried was excellent. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. It was well-equipped, spacious, and perfect while traveling. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Austin.”

“A Unique Hotel With Historic Charm and a Great Location We really enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in San Antonio. The hotel itself is something special because it’s housed in a beautifully converted old bank building. They did a great job preserving the character of the original building while turning it into a comfortable, modern hotel. The rooms were noticeably more spacious than a standard hotel room, which made the stay even more comfortable. The lobby was especially impressive, with an open design that extends up to the floor above. It has a clean, well-maintained look while still retaining the charm and character of the historic building. One of the coolest features was being able to see the original bank vault in the basement. It’s a great reminder of the building’s history and gives the hotel a lot more personality than your typical chain hotel. The included breakfast also had a lot of options, which was a nice bonus and made the stay feel like an even better value. And the location is hard to beat. You can walk right out of the hotel and onto the River Walk, and the Alamo is also just a short walk away. We hardly needed the car while we were there. Overall, this was a comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, historic character, a great breakfast, and an excellent location. We would definitely stay here again when visiting San Antonio.”

“Can’t speak highly brought about this property. My first time ever staying at an Omni and it will absolutely not be the last. It started out with the Loyalty Ambassador, Paul reaching out personally to welcome me and ensure my visit would be exceptional in advance our visit. When we arrived. We recieved a room upgrade and some complimentary treats in the room for my birthday. Our dinner at Blind Salamander was EXTRAORDINARY thanks to our server Esther. She was 10/10! And the food was delicious. We had exceptional service from Draya at the front desk due to a mishap on my behalf. I won’t even speak about the one unpleasant staff member I encountered because everyone else was so over the top amazing. Also - the property is very kid friendly - so don’t hesitate to bring the kids along! My wife and I will absolutely be back here and are already planning our next Omni adventure.”

“I booked in order to have some relaxation outside of my business mastermind on busy South Congress and this hotel did not disappoint. First of all you're greeted by peacocks when you arrive and the friendliest staff I've ever seen. There's a long wooden walkway that leads inside, disabled friendly. The beds, linens, robes, and slippers are incredibly soft, the room is able to be cold enough to survive Texas summer, and everything is laid out in a way that feels like you have extra space. I especially love the platform beds which aren't super high so they're easy to get on and off of. The bathroom has the most beautiful green marble tile and the shampoo, conditioner, and other things smell great! The only thing of note is that the bathtub/shower combo is a little high for anyone with leg issues, so just be aware or ask for a ADA room. I had breakfast at Henri's - highly recommend the fluffy scrambled eggs as well as the mini biscuits with honey and butter. There's also free drip coffee that's quite good at Henri's in the morning. I'm writing this as I sit outside watching lizards, baby peacocks, and underneath the shaded oak trees. Truly rest and relaxation. There's also a pool with ultra soft lounge chairs and umbrellas. Highly recommend - we will be back!”

“Great location in Austin. Small but extremely nice hotel. Have a nice coffee shop off of their private parking garage. Only downside is the only real food you can get is from a food truck parked outside the coffee shop. Rooms are extremely nice and spacious with a full kitchen. Room was spotless as well! Perfect hotel for a trip to Austin.”

“My colleague & I arrived around 8pm on July 26, after a frustrating series of flights & cab experience. Taylor greeted us at the front desk in a warm & understanding manner. She was able to quickly book our rooms for our conference July 26-30, and offered complimentary bottles of water, a godsend after our travel experience. I reached out to her later, for dining & sightseeing ideas. She offered several ideas custom to our interests & agendas, that proved very enjoyable. Rooms & service were very good. Breakfast offerings good, nice variety, typical, for hotel chains. Great pool area, & enclosed lounges for enjoying the deck from a shaded area. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi wasn't working during our stay. Thanks Taylor, for amazingservice duringour stay!”

“Came here as a group of 9 friends for the weekend. We got unit 1 which I think was the best unit since it opened up to the pool and outdoor seating area which was nice in the evening since there’s live music played in the stage area. It was easy to people watch from the balcony overlooking the stage area which provided free entertainment before heading out for the night. 5 bedrooms with 2 beds per room and 3.5 bathrooms were enough for what we needed. It was centrally located enough to where places were within walking distance or if you needed an uber to downtown it was a shot $10 ride. There’s also an upstairs rooftop bar that was packed with people if you wanted to venture upstairs. Overall I would come back here if I were to visit Austin with a large group.”

“The Carpenter Hotel has quickly become one of my fave stays while visiting Austin! I went twice this year, once to celebrate with my husband and again just because we wanted to popover to town for some Paperboy pancakes (iykyk!!). Both times, we were greeted with warm welcomes. The rooms are inviting and clean. Love the colorful modern design & furnishings. The pool is a nice spot to hang out and has plenty of shade for that Texas sun!! One of my favorite things has been hooking my phone up to the Marshall speaker and playing all my favorite songs while getting ready. There are a few spots in walking distance, I'd recommend a late night bite across the street from P. Terry's burger stand. We haven't tried the onsite restaurant yet but I'll keep that in mind for next time! Can't wait to head back to The Carpenter Hotel; I actually have another trip planned soon. :)”

“I never write reviews but I wanted to share how much my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Frances Modern Inn. The rooms are beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable and I slept great during my stay which usually doesn't happen. The bathroom was modern and spacious and supplied with toiletries some people may forget to bring. Right outside the door was a covered area with seating and there was a refrigerator where you could help yourself to water bottles and sparkling water. There was also a coffee machine to make your own lattes. I enjoyed reading a book and drinking my coffee while lounging on the couch. The coffee was better than Starbucks! The hotel had a rooftop area available to guests to hang out and enjoy to beautiful skyline of Austin. The owner Vicky and her staff were so welcoming, kind, and attentive. There is an asian restaurant named Siti on the first floor of the hotel which was so convenient. We met the chef, who was recognized in the Michelin Guide, and she was very friendly and welcoming. The waiter was attentive and patient and guided us with selecting dishes we would enjoy and our meals were delicous. There are also a couple other restaurants located close to the hotel as well (Hillside Pharmacy). FIVE STARS for Frances Modern!”

“The staff has been so warm and helpful throughout our stay. They really care about making sure guests have a great experience. The cappuccino machine, board and outdoor games, pool and bbq’s - plus in suite kitchens - make this a no brainer for traveling families or anyone who doesn’t want to spend a fortune eating out (though there are many delicious restaurants within a single block)! Parking in covered garage is $20 a day, or free if you park a block or two away.”
