“I called this store wondering if they had an item in stock I had purchased at the non-outlet but needed to exchange. Vanessa answered and helped me out. I went to the store later and she easily placed the order for the item online for me. She was very helpful and understanding as I had forgotten my receipt. She was knowledgeable on how to retrieve the transaction from their system and at the end I purchased a few more items in store. Very happy with the customer service and attention from their staff. “I shopped here 2 weeks ago and was assisted by an employee named Crissy. I had some items I saw online but couldn't find instore. She helped me find some and for the others that were not there she helped me order online with free shipping. She also informed me about the benefits of the credit card and went out of her way on a busy Saturday afternoon to help me get all the items I needed. Amazing customer service and just an overall pleasant person to deal with. It was so busy at the store but it's employees like her that make the store shopping experience great. Otherwise ill just shop online. Please have more people like her at your stores.”
