Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store is a very nice and spacious store that is pretty organized. The customer service is fine, very nice, and awesome, with some describing it as the best retail service. The cashier gave great recommendations. Prices and sales are decent, though prices have definitely gone up and some did not find it heavily discounted. Signing up for promotions can provide an additional 20-30% off the discounted clothing. The clothes in the store were great. Many would recommend and return.
