Mike needs to work on his customer service skills. He tried scolding a grown man simply for explaining that he is not cutting the line outside, he just needs to pay for what we were getting. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. Other than that staff was sweet.

Went in looking, walked around, found what I needed but had to ask for help.
The 3 girls that were there were talking and complaining something about work. Never said hello or asked if I needed help. Ended up spending $120 for 2 pairs of crocks, next time I'll just be ordering them on line. Pay attention to customers, we are the ones who pay your salaries.

Horrible customer service, closed the store 20 min before & didn’t even look at us to tell us it was already closed, basically ignoring us while locking the door, there’s no way he didn’t see us😒

Customer service was great. Needed to exchange a Christmas gift that was the wrong size and Richard was helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt. Great job Richard, people like you make the brand.

Stupid pathetic staff making a waiting line because probably they don’t hire enough staff, store wasn’t even full or so maybe 12 persons walking inside and they want to make it look like something is going on. Staff very unprofessional just said you have to make a line not even explain or been polite
