A Sales Representative took her phone, deleted some stuff, and gave it back to her without any volume and the image disappears before she finishes dialing a phone number (screen time was reduced). I told her to take it back with a witness, and will be contacting the Police if they continue to abuse the Elderly, in the fashion that they don't understand technology, nor jargon about the usage and functions of a Cellphone.
