“(I went to the location on the East Side) The specialists were so helpful and courteous. They were the only repair shop that would take in my IPad Air 3. Their prices are fair and the explain the breakdown of the price. They had to order parts for my repair, but it came in the next day and they got to work on it immediately. “Called Mr. Han, on Labor Day 2023 and yes he answered the phone. Explained the issues with my tv and we made arrangements for an inhouse service call the follow day. He showed on time and took the tv to his shop. A couple of day later he called and gave me an estimate for the repair. With approval, part was ordered and TV was repaired in a few days later. Mr. Han did exactly what a good service provider should do. He returned my call, showed up on time and repaired the TV.I will definitely use him if needed.”
