They kept my part under warranty and I picked up the new part at a different location. The other location didn't want to release the part because they needed the old part.

Always my go to place for parts. They’ll order and get it quick if it’s not in stock. Usually that afternoon or next day if it’s at another store.

Took a brake disk to get resurfacing and the woman at the counter was eating a bag of chips. After telling her what I needed she told me to go straight and to the back.
When I got there another woman, too busy to attend to customers, told me to go to the front, just where I had come from. I told her I did and that woman sent me back there.
She then begrudgingly told me to give her my phone number and that they would call me later to see if they would be able to resurface the disk. I ask her if they could make that determination right there and then. All it takes is a micrometer reading which would have taken perhaps 2-3 minutes. Well, I just took my disk and went somewhere else where it was resurfaced in 30 minutes.
Why do these auto parts stores hire women that don't know anything about cars, don't want to attend customers, have 2 inch long fingernails and rudely eat at the front counter where customers come in to get assistance?
Last time I ever go to any O'Reilly's store for anything.

Stop by to get a 12v cigarette socket and no assistance given. Stood waiting at the counter for about 5 min with the item in hand to pay and nobody help. Two employees walked by and didn't ask if I needed help. Decided to put the item back in the shelve and walked away. A quick purchase bad experience. Less than poor customer service at this location.

i went in today to exchange a headlight bulb that i purchased yesterday because it was the wrong one. The guy gave me the “correct” one and when i went home it didn’t fit, wrong one again. i went back again and he kept saying he sold me the right one i said no it’s not i gave him the VIN of my car and the he exchanged it because it was the wrong one but he never apologized for his mistake, if anything he had attitude, so Gustavo please take some customer service skills classes. If you do shop at this place make sure you know what you need since apparently the employees don’t know how to do their job.

Went in the other day and got a few light Bulbs for my Car. Was helped by a lovley young lady, wish i got her name. We talked about my Red Challenger R/T. Had a really great Experience here. Had been here about 2 times prior to that... My only go to spot now.
