“Arrived to get a 16 foot box truck and a vehicle trailer and found the trailer had been taken to Albuquerque the day before. I had used my card to reserve the truck and trailer so I was very disappointed. The staff did coordinate the return of the trailer for the same day and asked me to return later that day to pick up the trailer. Bit of an inconvenience considering we are trying to move, but at least they are making it right.”

He was communicative, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to try to accommodate my change as much as possible. Location is a little tight for app photos as you leave, but the customer service was so phenomenal, it can be overlooked!”
