“4/14/2023Jason, DeLeon, Eric and the nice lady at the front desk are those I interacted with yesterday. I was directed to this location to have a truck inspected and repaired - on my trip from CA to NC.DeLeon was the tech that checked out the truck and made the necessary repairs to get me back in motion. Everyone was professional and overall everyone seemed to be in a good mood and have good vibes. I believe I counted at least 10 staff members while I was there.If other clients are experiencing the kind of atmosphere and positive vibes as I did then this place should be rewarded by district or regional management.There is a good team at that location.Thanks!”

“It's actually a hardware store a Mexican hardware store they sell all kinds of trinkets from Mexico quality stuff like harnesses for horses this is where I always go purchase everything for my dogs even though it's horse stuff I just cut the ropes in half and adjust the colours they even sell real life chicks it's really a trip to go there a trip to Mexico without the danger. hehe”

“Well they were nice enough at first then kinda hassle. They ran around and delayed and redid a bunch of paperwork for insurance and at one point asked me to park in the back and give up paperwork I already signed for. Now I'm just the driver and idk the entire situation however the experience could have been handled differently DAYS beforehand. In my opinion if your doing business HERE you WILL be a satisfied customer. JUST FINALIZE THE PROCESS BEFORE YOU GO PICK IT UP!!! 4 hour delay in this business cost us a 3000 dollars load delay a day and maybe a customer.....THAT'S TRUCKNPLEASE LET ME SAY I'M STILL GIVING A 4 STAR REVIEWI recieved a good trailer. It's not perfect but what is? I'm sure the price point reflects the product andI HAVE A TRAILERI cannot pull any freight unless I have a trailer.THANK GOODNESS FOR THESE PEOPLE WHO HELPED ME ?”

“I had rented a uhual back in May 2019, the experience was excellent!!! I left my 9ft Christmas tree in the truck by accident and they called me a few days later. I was so busy moving I totally spaced it. I called them back in DECEMBER 2019 and asked if by chance they still had it and to my surprise they did!!! “Doing business was smooth. The crew was fast, efficient, accomodating, courteous and professional. Storage unit was super clean and safe. They have nice bathrooms in the office and magazines in the lobby. The only two things I'd knock half a star for would be the truck deposit cost ($150) and their open hours. You have to work their schedule when renting and/or returning a vehicle or else you may be charged for the next day when they reopen. Other than that it's all good.”
