They updated me along the way, patiently answered all my questions, and did a fabulous job on my vehicle. They even reached out to enterprise for me to have my rental car delivered. Being without my vehicle was tough, but they made the whole process as painless as possible.”

People like Vincent allow you to see that it only seems that way. It's tough when you buy something and take care of it and it outlives its warranty by a day or two (metaphorically). It just seems that it happens way too often that way. Planned obsolescence is real. Long gone are the days when we bought American Because we're American, but so are the days when we could choose to buy American. So much is not made in America. “Matthew took my vehicle right in. Gave me an estimate. Stuck with the estimate. Listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted for the price we discussed. Very pleased. No BS here. Had gone to another place prior to here. Had to make an appt a week in advance just to have them look. Couldn't leave the vehicle then was told they only do complete work not just what I wanted. They were going to go thru the entire vehicle and fix everything. It's a 2000 Ford Ranger. I just wanted the bumper fixed and the headlight replaced. They said I would have an estimate in my email that afternoon. I have never received it and my truck has been repaired and is now home because I went to Honey Creek instead.
