“Mr. Wesch is amazing! Both he and his wife run this together, and it is truly an amazing storage facility. With a wide variety of stall sizes, all secured with a keyed lock 🔐. His larger stalls are located behind a gated access area. His prices are well beyond fair for the area. We called at least 5 additional locations before calling Mr. Wesch...and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Mr. Wesch is also very responsive. If you have to leave a voicemail, he calls back almost immediately. He is also a long time resident of the canyon lake area, with his wife having been raised right here. Do yourself a favor and just choose this for your storage needs.”
“We’ve been renting our office space since 2019 and the new owners are great! They really care about the appearance of the buildings and parking lot, making sure there’s no trash or debris. They check in with us occasionally to make sure things are ok. Any issues we had that they inherited from previous owner were addressed immediately. They’ve even installed fire extinguishers!”
“Great storage facility! Had our boat stored here for 2yrs and the owner Ronnie does a great job of keeping up the facilities and ensuring he knows who is coming in and out to protect your property. Units are oversized and easy to access, along with being clean and fully protected. Only reason we’re no longer there is we sold our boat, would 10 out of 10 recommend Ronnie and this storage facility to anyone.”
“It has been such a wonderful experience to store our RV here. The property is beautifully maintained and has space for RVs/boats/etc of all sizes. It’s also tucked back off of 306 enough that it feels so much more secure than anywhere else. The gate always works, and the owners are lovely people. Definitely store your things here!”

“Beautiful units, ours has electric and a light inside that is on at night. Plenty of room to get into the stall, I have never seen so much room to maneuver! Love it! The owners are super quick to respond. I had a little gate trouble one time, I didnt have to wait for a call back, they were able to get me inside instantly.
The pricing is the best you will find in the area, I had called about 15 places and this was by far the best price and the absolute nicest. Their website and pay portal is easy to navigate. I feel like my RV is super safe here. Gated, lights, cameras... Highly recommend!”
