“Annette has gone over and beyond with our family. We were struggling and she offered a book. I further struggled and she offered love and a listening ear. She was a friend and confidant when I was at my lowest point in life. I am not sure who this Mill person is, but if she was unhappy with the service provided, she probably provoked Annette into an unplesant interaction. If you look at this woman's reviews around the community, it shows that maybe she is the problem full of negativity and anger, not the mail center.”
