“I did not want to write a review because I don’t want anyone to know how awesome this UPS Store location and then it will get crowded. I will bypass other UPS locations to come here. The star of this location is Mallory. She is fantastic and provides the best service. Not only is she friendly, professional, and helpful, she know how to anticipate your needs. I had to mail a letter to Canada and showed up with the documents confused and lost, Mallory said no problem. Not only did she provide a stronger envelope than what I had, she explained the process and reassured me and did it. She gave me peace of mind. Thank you! Mallory reminds me of other services, so I was able to get a document laminated, I was going to buy a machine and now I don’t have to. Mallory has also offered to print documents and Invitations and reminds me of other services they offer. I have been here when Mallory helps other customers. She is very patient with older people and just wonderful.”
“Just dropped off some Speed X orders and was nervous about it since I’ve never used them and have heard a lot of negativity about Speed X. The lady that received them was so friendly and reassuring! She also mentioned Speed X picks up every day and I was so happy to hear that. I’ll probably use Speed X more now knowing EZSHIP is nearby and I’ll try them for their other services too!! “Way cheaper and better quality than shopping online, they’ll cut it, staff are really helpful and nice, the guys in the warehouse work hard. Wheelchair accessible. Definitely my go to for thin or thick metal tubing. I tried PmI steel and Triple S steel but neither had the right piping or it was too thin. Would highly recommend Westbrook.”

“The Ship and Crate team are absolutely amazing! After receiving a few rejections to ship some fragile antique furniture from San Antonio to Michigan, Ship and Crate not only accommodated due to a very tight timeline, but the items arrived in perfect condition! One of the items was a cabinet with delicate glass. The packing was meticulous and clearly packaged with time and care. The pricing was very reasonable. They are quick to respond and stick to their promises. Highly recommend Ship and Crate!”
“I visited the UPS store at 8521 Blanco Road on July 2 for assistance redirecting a delivery. Ellie told me what needed to be done for that to happen. We were able to get the package redirected to this UPS store. (It was a time sensitive package, originally scheduled to be delivered to a business that was closed July 3 for the holiday.) Ellie was also working on July 3 when I picked up my package.
Ellie was very helpful on both my visits tobthis UPS store! And she was efficient, friendly and professional. I am so very thankful for the helpful assistance and overall excellent service she provided!”

I have never felt rushed, even when they were busy. There are plenty of parking spaces outside this very conveniently located store. It has been our UPS store for many years now.”
