“Way cheaper and better quality than shopping online, they’ll cut it, staff are really helpful and nice, the guys in the warehouse work hard. Wheelchair accessible. Definitely my go to for thin or thick metal tubing. I tried PmI steel and Triple S steel but neither had the right piping or it was too thin. Would highly recommend Westbrook.”

After receiving a few rejections to ship some fragile antique furniture from San Antonio to Michigan, Ship and Crate not only accommodated due to a very tight timeline, but the items arrived in perfect condition! One of the items was a cabinet with delicate glass. The packing was meticulous and clearly packaged with time and care. The pricing was very reasonable. They are quick to respond and stick to their promises. Highly recommend Ship and Crate!”

“The staff person who helped me was very kind and patient and very knowledgeable about the returns process. Afaria was super helpful when I visited 2 weeks ago with a large return. Despite it being a busy location, she really took the time to help ensure I was able to return all of my items which can be a tricky process to navigate at times. She’s the best. “This rating and review are directly for the young man (didnt catch his name, but I think he was the only one there) who helped me yesterday (Aug 17th, just after 11am)! I had a large amazon box that I needed help getting out of my trunk. I asked him if he could help me get it inside and without hesitation he came out and just carried it in himself! It saved my back, truly lol. He was a pleasure with that and other returns I had. I typically have a positive experience with UPS and their in-store staff, but this was the cherry on top! “I stopped into The UPS Store and had the pleasure of working with Ned Jesse, and he made the entire experience quick and easy.
He was polite, professional, and prompt from the start. He handled my issue efficiently and got me back on my way without any delays. What stood out most was that he didn’t stop there. He also took the time to provide guidance on another situation I was dealing with, which ended up helping me more than I expected.
That level of awareness and willingness to help is rare and appreciated.

“Dude. Hands down the best UPS experience I have ever had. Best customer service I have experienced in ANY establishment here in San Antonio EVER. Isaiah and Leo are seriously the 2 most positive, uplifting, hard working, courteous and patient workers I have EVER encountered!!! All while handling a full lobby of people I am genuinely blown away at their level of customer service under intense pressure and FAST SPEED! These guys are a dynamic duo lol I really hope corporate sees this review and recognizes them for their hard work! You can just tell that they take pride in their work and genuinely love their jobs. They should honestly be used as examples on a training video for corporate. They don’t even know I’m leaving this review, and I don’t leave reviews often but when I have such an incredible experience and witness two individuals going above and beyond for people around me it’s hard not to want to leave a review!
