“Exceptional customer service, especially from the owner. He went above and beyond to pack and ship a difficult and fragile set of packages for me and everything arrived in perfect condition. This is the only place I'll ship packages from because the quality and service are exceptional. They always find the best rate, and I love that they can compare USPS, UPS, and FEDEX prices/shipping times. The gift shop is so cute if you want to add some local flavor to your gifts or pick something up for yourself. I hate going to the regular post office, but I love the opportunity to ship packages from this shop. I've been a customer for years and I'll never use any place else.”

Joey answered my call and he had the best customer service. I walked in and he was just amazing. Helped me out with packaging and made sure the correct labels were put on the right package. I live off bandera and gilbeau directly across a UPS store and the store is night and day. The owner John from the Bandera store needs to take some notes and do things like the San Pedro store. I’m sure the Bandera store would have way more business. Take care”

The prices seem good and the quality of the boxes is far superior to Uhaul boxes.”

“I recently went to this UPS Store and had the pleasure of being helped by this lovely guy with curly hair I think. His name tag said ‘trainee’ so I’m guessing he’s new, but honestly, he handled things fast. He saw me struggling with heavy boxes I was carrying and didn’t hesitate to open the door for me. He even offered to help me out when I was in a rush, and I was impressed by how quickly he got everything done for me. Not only that, but he was multitasking at once and still made sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their job and the people they’re helping.”

“Dropped off a return package to this UPS store a couple of weeks ago. Once I learned that my return package had not been received from the merchant. I was billed $240. I immediately called the store. Spoke to Noel the manager who helped me track the package and provided me the tracking number I needed to include date and time! I received the upmost caring compassion customer service and he understood the urgency of locating this package for me. once I obtained the information the merchant was able to credit me back the $240! from now on this is my UPS store for all my returns! Happy new loyal customer!”

“For 2 years I have been receiving mail for my business, I have a virtual mail with this company: iPostal1, so every time I got mail, American Postal send me a pic of the package, or if I need to see my documents asap, they can scan and send them to me, and after that if I don't need them anymore I tell them to discard or shred them, very useful service that saves time, all excellent, Jeff, Landy, and all the team always very kind.
