I am thinking this place is closed or they show up whenever OR dont answer the phone but based on previous reviews sounds like my question is answered is it is not an amazon return center ynless fully boxed and labeled.

This location can't print labels or handle Amazon returns unless return is fully packaged and labelled. My return is a small, unopened package and they could not handle it.
