“Have had work done by them and they were phenomenal. Had some issues with their tuners systems going down which put them behind. During the issue, they were great at keeping me informed and letting me know as soon as the tuner was back up and as soon as my truck went on the lift.
I also had my turbo go out while I was in DFW visiting family. I was 5 hours from home in Lubbock and 6 hours from Coffman Customs. Brent told me which replacement turbo to buy, helped my source parts, and gave me tips on the install to get me back up and running by the next day.”

“Gary Crabtree and Crabtree Automotive is phenomenal. Our Lexus died randomly in a parking lot and I called a tow. By the time the tow arrived, the car started again. I called Gary and he said he would look into it. He had the car for 48 hours and during that time he kept testing the battery, did a visual inspection, and periodically ran codes, all while staying in constant communication with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. At the end of it there was nothing majorly wrong and Gary charged us $150 for more than 24 hours of work and keeping the car in his safe possession and care. This is beyond fair given the fact that he had the car in his possession for over 24 hours and periodically tested and inspected it on his “off” hours. The words to describe Gary and the staff are: trustworthy, honest, communicative, loyal, and customer-focused. As soon as the car got to his shop he informed me they have a towing service FOR THE CUSTOMER’S BENEFIT so I did not have to use one of my AAA tows in the future. I plan to do more future work with Gary Crabtree and his staff.”
