I believe this could greatly benefit your business by providing expertise in identifying issues on both ends—whether it's on the customer’s side or yours.

Having someone on staff who understands the specifics of preparing and printing artwork, such as avoiding blurry or stretched images and navigating Adobe programs, could enhance the overall quality and customer experience.
