The representative that helped me was phenomenally helpful and wonderful. I'm disappointed that I don't remember her name. Also the other gentleman that worked there was helping another customer and he was exceptional and informative. Both of these representitives deserve a raise!!!

The clerk was very busy, lots of customers in the store with more coming in. So that's the reason for the long wait. He wasn't able to fix my problems even though he did try and put in a new Sim card. I appreciate him trying

Great customer service from Evelyn. Her patience was beyond! Senior citizens technically challenged. She is a great asset to this store.
