“Had to stop here to update my information. Unfortunately AT&T wasn't able to verbally modify my personal information over the phone. I found there's a circle of how the system works. The Apple Store sells, and handles particular device issues, and the AT&T individual stores sell accessories, and items as well however they do other things that the Apple Store or the AT&T phone representatives can't do either. This was interesting for me to learn, we're never too old to find out new information. Seth was a great Authorization Representative, and staff member. He understood what I needed, told me about How long it'll be before the system updated my information. Then I Thanked him, and was off to my next stop. I'll definitely return to this location if I'm looking for any other products or I just need help answering questions.”

The lady there was extremely supportive, she offered me a new phone and explained about the new plans and offers of the store, she was so sweet, might fall in love?
