“I lost the ability to receive calls on my business line for almost 2 weeks with no help from customer service through the phone. After several calls and about four hours on the phone, the best someone could do was forward my calls to my personal line. Someone told me about this store and I arrived first thing in the morning. After an hour and a half of Martin speaking with customer service, he was able to get my line working, again. He was very professional and patient, and he was able to communicate with customer service to get them to the right department. I especially liked his professional and intelligent response when, as usual, they tried to suggest I had a phone issue and not an AT&T issue. If I decide to stay with AT&T, which I am contemplating not, this will be my go-to store for AT&T issues. No more spending hours and hours, calls after calls, transfer after transfer with people I can barely understand.”
