Have always had a great experience at this branch. It has been my home branch for my whole life here in carrollton for 20 years. Shoutout to Amy who is AWESOME and deserves the world. Makes going to the bank so fun.

This location so welcoming for walk in customers. Everybody with a smile all new team. Busy when I arrive but they help as fast as possible. The beauty young hispanic girl offer me water and coffee helped me in 5 minutes despite many people looking for her assistance. So nice and hardworkers. My favorite Chase
