“Had a problem with my checking account and the gentleman there, young Asian man from another branch helping out, not only did he help correct the problem but he also went out of his way to get me refunded the expenses that I was charged. I was impressed with his service considering that when I walked in I was extremely frustrated with THREE paper statement changes in two weeks time. I never signed up for paper statements and if people have to tell PNC to opt them out or otherwise, then PNC has management issues. Time will tell.”
“Was able to use out of 2 lines an atm occupied by other drivers. Waited off a bit to see which would leave first as I'm only one waiting.
The loss of the 1 star is due to the community having a female cutting me off as a driver left as she arrived and as I shifted into first gear, ignoring my gap and waiting and she capitalizes as a true American in glorious fashion her spot at the ATM.
Fortunately, the other driver at the other ATM was finishing up letting me only boil for 15 seconds before I moved into the new ATM line.
The cash only rejected my freshly cut bills once. I was able to leave quickly thereafter being exposed to 32 F chills only momentarily.”

“Have all banking products. Rates are as good or better than competition. Biggest problem is there customer service wait time with there customer's. Many times I've had to wait 20 to 40 minutes and don't get the answer to solve the challenge. I now go direct to the branch I deal with the most. They get to the bottom of problem.”

“They are amazing!!! I came in on a Saturday at 12:45 with no appointment. They close at 2. I told them I didn’t mind waiting but they were able to get me back within a few short minutes. Seriously, I only had time to read paragraphs in my book.
Mary McMeans is the loan officer who did the double duty of getting me signed up for an account. This bright, charming woman walked me through every step of the process and didn’t make me feel dumb for my questions. She knows what’s she talking about, is fast, and I walked out with a new bank account, instructions in how to use Apple Pay (thank you, Mary!) and some extra cash due to a program that they offered me that pays me for banking in the same way I had already planned - via direct deposits.
She helped me with financial resources so I can meet my goals in the future too. Seriously, if you’re looking for a bank, I recommend them!”
