I had to do a return for Amazon purchase and was told I could do it at Kohl's and I went it was so easy, great customer service and it was done in less than a minute! Plus I did not get out of the store cause I found some great dresses and some awesome sales that I had to purchase and when I went up to the register I was greeted by Leslie and she heard me talking to the customer behind me about doing a Amazon return and she ask me, do I have the receipt because I could get a percentage off and I said yes! It was awesome cause she let me know when she didn't have to, but she did. Great customer service all the way around!!!

“I love this location. It’s super close to home so I don’t have to walk through an entire mall to get the styles I like. The girls are kind and helpful and the one who did my nose piercing was very knowledgeable. I love the holiday sale they have right now but it’s too bad this one is closing and don’t do any piercings anymore. I wanted my cartilage done for my birthday.”
“I no longer live nearby but pass this location daily or will even drive the 7 miles to frequent this location. I can admit there have been changes some not so good but some great and I must say the good out weighs the bad. The store is clean mostly stocked (of course they're out of some items all stores are) mainly because consumers order online. The produce department, meat department, womens clothing department (yes I buy most of my work dresses at Walmart) and garden center are AMAZING but let's take time to appreciate the bakery. I only order my cakes from this bakery and have never ever been disappointed. The bakery staff is amazingly talented and always understands the assignment. No retail store is perfect but I do recommend this STORE location over several nearby locations.”
