I have never been in a shoe store and received such great customer service like I do here. I have been to this location a couple times, and as always Alfonso Morris goes above and beyond to make sure that my son gets the shoe that he likes. Today he went the extra extra mile to make my son happy. I greatly appreciate it!!! Awesome job Alfonso!!!

Once again, I received excellent service at this location. Alphonso and Cristina are very helpful and go beyond to help and answer questions. I definitely recommend trying this shopping experience. They are awesome.

I come to the store, maybe once a year and a new tall white man with glasses is now working there, I'm sorry I didn't ask for his name :( but he is so nice and the store is so clean and it's definitely made a great turnaround. They had a special coupon going on and I got some nice Nikes with a free pair of Nike basketball socks!

Josey Ln location is by far the BEST STORE w/EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES! I live in Plano and never mind the drive to this location! Only location I will shop at.Daniel & his team are Great and so polite. I also order online so often have exchanges or returns and again they are always helpful with exchanging and reordering my shoes for me! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ??

Excellent customer service from the top on down! My nephew and I first worked with Alphonso (Asst. Mgr) while back-to-school shopping. He was so nice and pleasant...just a joy to work with! We call him 'Unc' now because he made us feel like family! Upon my return visit, I worked with Daniel (Store Mgr) and he was every bit as delightful to work with!!! He talked about how he trains his staff on 'old school' customer service and it just comes through with every interaction with them! Those two should teach a MASTER CLASS on customer service and how it should be done. I will definitely keep coming back to this location!!! ?

I had the best experience at this location. I received an excellent service. Cristina was very friendly and accommodating in assisting me to get shoes for my children.
