“Was in Coppell yesterday and stopped by Sprouts to get a veggie sandwich at Deli. Service and sandwich was fantastic. While waiting for sandwich to be prepared, found all of my favorite grocery items on sale which made may visit even more special. The woman who checked me out had a nametag that said Bean. She was so friendly and helpful as well as the woman who offered to bag my groceries. So happy I stopped at Sprouts while in town. It was very easy to navigate the store and find everything I wanted, and on sale which was a great surprise. Excellent service! Oh how I wish we had Sprouts in Waxahachie...”

“I come way from Cedar Hill to this location bc I saw that the ones closer to me have rude customer service. Even when the young lady is direct, to me it's not rude. She just be trying to get order in the store bc everytime they make signs on the floor for the line, they get scratched up so a lot of the times you gotta guess where you at and remember mfas will come in and act like they don't see you and cut. People just be letting em do it. That's my only complaint. Other than that, the customer service is cool. They get you in and out and not rude about it to me.”

I enjoy shopping at this Whole Foods because it's always clean, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. It's the second closest location to my store—Park Lane is a little closer—but I like coming here because it’s in such a convenient area. Walgreens, Ulta, and a variety of eateries are nearby, along with other stores like Staples and more. It makes it easy to run multiple errands in one trip!”

“This store is kept nice and clean. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but it’s to be expected given the good quality food. I come here with my woman every so often, as she loves the 1836 milk, and they always have it. What I especially like about this location is the customer service. Cashiers are always friendly, and the people working the rest of the store are very helpful. Today, my woman grabbed some seasoning from the shelves, but she realized there was a better deal at that serve yourself section, and she asked me to put the old seasoning back in the section she found it at. One of the people working nearby, Pete, noticed I was going to put it back, and asked if I needed assistance with anything. I asked him where I could put the seasoning back, and he offered to take it for me and save me the trip. I gave it to him, and he put it back for me. I really appreciated that. Pete was a real happy guy too, as he had a bright smile on his face when he approached me. Great customer service right there, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location in the future.”

“This GNC is always well supplied and clean. The staff have a lot of knowledge about the products they sell, and their advise is informative and valuable to the consumer.
But the main difference that sets this location above others, is their customer service. A while back I was looking for a product that was not in stock at the moment, and the management offered to order that product for me that same day from the supplier, and call me as soon as it arrives.
And to top it off, they promised to keep the sale price that was valid on the day I came into the store, even if the product was available for me to buy the following week. That is a sign of excellence, that will keep the customers loyal to this store.
I highly recommend this GNC for anyone who's on the quest for a better health, nutrition, and quality supplements.”

“While I can agree that pricing at gnc is not always great, I can also say that when is getting in shape ever cheap? I have a lot to disagree with in the review section. My experience at GNC has always been the same before attending the one at this precise location; boring, confusing, and flat out lost. My past experiences with GNC employees have always been awkward and boring. Most of the time they're on their phones, ignoring me, rude, or completely lost on their knowledge when it comes to supplements, but when I came to this gnc there were two swole workers, a man with glasses and a woman with colored hair, that were helpful as anyone I've dealt with before. The man not only guided me on what pre workouts are great for me but also had his facts on check, he gave me tips and was very nice. The woman with colored hair was charismatic as was the man with glasses and she was helpful too. She listened very well and also knew her facts. Both were on their feet back and forth doing work, never being lazy or checking their phones. GNC needs people like this if they want to bring in more customers. Overall I had a great experience.”
