Store staff was amazing and although corporate was trash and not consumer friendly the store staff was amazing. Been with Metro since 2014. But that doesn’t matter when trying to figure out how my account was hacked. Although I’m switching providers to my other current cell provider due to corporate dealer services supervisor lack of skills, I’d recommend this location if you are using Metro.

The representatives at this store are dishonest and crooks most especially the useless so called manager who while you need her to help resolve your issue, is screaming on the phone talking to her husband or boyfriend and basically coming out to being rude and saying something really stupid simply because you interrupted her phone call. Stay away from this location. They'll add charges to your purchase without letting you know before making payments, or explaining Metro's terms and policy. Will never do business with this location ever

Rude cheaters. They send me an outdated phone without nfs tap to pay capability went back next day they said nothing can do about it and I would haft to buy another.

Terrible customer service. They won't answer the phone, so you'll have to drive to the store just for them to answer a question that could have answered on the phone.

Went there to see why my phone wasn't allowing incoming or outgoing phone calls. The lady was in the back and said she would be out in a minute several minutes later she comes out I think she was eating and was very rude when I tried to explain the issue with my phone she said it was fine so I had asked her to call it didn't and I said that I had talked to customer service and they said possibly a SIM card. She gave me a new SIM card but she charged me $25 activation fee and other stores said that that was not right because the phone wasn't being activated it just needed a new sim very dissatisfied and the lady wouldn't give me her name which also upset me.

I have bought several phones here. I guess it's the same as any other location, but this is the one I use.
