“I've been doing business with Bill for over 30 years and he's always straight up with me. I've pawned items and I've put items on layaway and purchased items for cash...anyway it goes, I've always had a positive experience. Sometimes, when they have been busy, it might take a little longer to get assistance, but a closed mouth don't get fed....so I always speak up! I highly recommend this placc if you need to purchase jewelry or tools, tvs, guns, ect...They have a variety of items to choose from. And they pawn items based on the same qualifications as all other pawn shops, so they are fair also.”
“Honestly, don’t know much about guns but I wanted one for self protection living at my new home. Heard this place had great deals so I came to check it out and I can say I’d recommend anyone to come here. Alex was very informative on which guns are best and answered every question without making me feel bad for not knowing anything about guns. He also recommended some great tools with some solid deals to own for construction work since i’m an electrician apprentice. “My husband and I prayed on the way to the pawnshop to be able to get the money to pay our rent. I’m pleased to say that God put a literal ANGEL in our lives! We walked in and a man offered to assist us. We told him what we needed and we showed him what we had to offer. He had to pass on a couple of things and we got a little nervous that we wouldn’t have enough money for the rent. He added up everything else we had and he was able to give us the exact amount that we needed! Praise the Lord “ask and you shall receive” please believe that is true and never doubt your prayers. The man shook our hand and introduced himself “my name is Angel.” Hallelujah! An Angel indeed!!! Angel was the most professional, kind, honest person I’ve met in a pawnshop in quite some time. He was very knowledgeable about his job, and that showed me that he cared about the pawn shop enough to thoroughly check all the items we brought. He got on his hands and knees to make sure a motor was spinning properly. That shows that he takes pride in his work. He was also kind enough to consider the amount we needed and do the best that he could do to get us there.That shows excellent customer service and a great heart for humanity. These qualities make a perfect associate in a job like this. My husband and I are very grateful that we ran into our Angel today, thank you Angel!!!!! Great selection of laptop's and tvs to choose from. The employees are all awesome, especially one of the younger dudes with the glasses named Isidrio I think? They were very nice just like a family to me on Jefferson so when I came to Irving and I started dealing with the First Cash Pawn Beltline, I did not know what type of service that was going to receive, but I am so grateful today that I can say they are a great Family and I am so glad that I feel like family too a very great team together
