First Cash Pawn provides outstanding customer service and a great experience. The team is cool, awesome, and very nice, with employees who interact well with people on the floor. Customers report being treated very well, getting help finding items, and receiving great deals with staff working with them on price. The shop has a good selection and is recommended for its good people, contrasting with other pawn shops that can be rude. It is a place definitely worth coming back to.
These people sold me fake gold; I realized it because the ring was starting to look bad. They sold it to me for $250, and the lady got angry when I went back and told them they were the ones who had sold it to me. They offered to buy it back for $115—they’ll easily resell it for more money. Just a heads-up.

We had a bad experience; we bought a rose gold ring and had it tested at another pawn shop to see if it was real gold, but it turned out not to be. They even locked the doors so that customers entering the shop wouldn't hear what was going on. They didn't give us a full refund. They are scammers.
