“The clerks here are always friendly the few times I have stopped in. The shelves are always neat but I don't see as many managers present on the sales floor as I do at Kroger. I go to Albertson's for pretty specific product because I do most of my grocery shopping at Sprouts. The house brand turkey bacon, Signature Select, tastes better than Butterball turkey bacon in my humble opinion. Much better. I also like Albertson's because they sell Tillamook shredded cheese and Texas Tea and I don't find those items at Kroger or Sprouts and I want them. Thank you Albertson's. If you do the buy 1 get 1 Free I highly recommend that you have those scanned as a separate transaction to make sure that you really get your sale price. I have had my "sale" price ring higher twice on their meat sales. Other than that tricky business I like that they have specific items near and dear to my taste buds.”

I’ve been coming here since 2013, and over the years, they have consistently shown kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Helena has always been absolutely wonderful and compassionate, and I truly appreciate her.
But I especially want to recognize Cynthia, the pharmacist, because what she did for me is something I will never forget.
One day, after leaving the doctor’s office, I had just received some very heavy news—my cousin had passed, and my sister had been diagnosed with cancer. I was trying to hold myself together, but everything hit me all at once while I was there.
Cynthia saw me.
She brought me to the back, gave me a private space, and in that moment when I was overwhelmed and in tears, she comforted me, hugged me, and even prayed with me.
That wasn’t just customer service—that was compassion, that was care, that was love.
In a world where people often feel overlooked, she took the time to acknowledge me and pour into me when I truly needed it.
I will never forget that moment, and I am so grateful.
To Helena, Cynthia, and the entire pharmacy team—thank you for always being kind, welcoming, and consistent. I pray that God continues to bless you the same way you blessed me that day.

“Great service! I was allowed to get my vaccine at the place and the woman attending was really nice and fast. I initially called by phone if at the moment they had vaccine appointments and they told me they had all three options (Jansen, Moderna, Pfizer) and could attend me before 3:30, and as I was told it happened. I was able to get my vaccine and vaccine card in about 30 minutes. Really recommend!”

“I no longer live nearby but pass this location daily or will even drive the 7 miles to frequent this location. I can admit there have been changes some not so good but some great and I must say the good out weighs the bad. The store is clean mostly stocked (of course they're out of some items all stores are) mainly because consumers order online. The produce department, meat department, womens clothing department (yes I buy most of my work dresses at Walmart) and garden center are AMAZING but let's take time to appreciate the bakery. I only order my cakes from this bakery and have never ever been disappointed. The bakery staff is amazingly talented and always understands the assignment. No retail store is perfect but I do recommend this STORE location over several nearby locations.”
“This location is closed to the public. If you are an employee and are not wearing your official Walmart badge, they will not let you in. It is the Walmart Mail Order Pharmacy, as well as some Walmart corporate offices and training. It is located at the Southwest Corner of Old Denton Rd and West Trinity Mills Drive in Carrollton, TX next to a Credit Union. The building used to be a Walmart Store, but then they built a new building across the street on the Northeast Corner which is the new Walmart Supercenter.”

“Shoutout to Ms. Lori at this Walgreens. Had a couple people with attitude in line before me she had to have patience with, yet she still gave me kindness and was very down to earth.
Victoria F was a bit sassy though I must say. I know it can be hard to bite your tongue but giving elderly people attitude and sassiness makes things worse. Kinda embarrassing to watch her treat customers like that.
