They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and understood what we needed to do.

“am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Sam’s Club location on Lower Greenville. The store manager, whose name I believe was Chrissy (or Christy), was one of the most rude and dismissive managers I have encountered.
I was attempting to explain a delivery issue involving two separate customers and their orders, but before I could fully explain the situation, she made it clear that she was not interested in listening. Rather than taking a few moments to understand what had happened, she interrupted, dismissed my concerns, and made a decision without having all of the facts.
Because of her actions, my family lost money on the order, and I was prevented from completing the delivery for the customers. The entire situation could have been resolved with basic communication and a willingness to listen.
What was most frustrating was not the issue itself, but the complete lack of professionalism and respect. A manager’s job is to de-escalate situations, listen to concerns, and help find solutions. Instead, I was treated as though my explanation did not matter.
I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. If this is the standard of customer service being provided by management at this location, then Sam’s Club has a serious problem. I expect much better from a company of this size and reputation.
I would strongly encourage corporate leadership to review how customers and delivery drivers are being treated at this store, because my experience was completely unacceptable.

This matter has been fully resolved and was addressed by Farah the Store Manager who is absolutely Amazing in every aspect!!!!

“Has anyone had fuel contamination or engine misfire issues after filling up at the Sam’s Club gas station at 5555 Buckner Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228?
My 2023 Honda Pilot developed a check engine light and multiple misfire codes shortly after filling up there and driving about 5 miles. I have filled gas there many times before and never had any issues, so just checking if anyone else experienced something similar recently.
Not blaming anyone — just trying to gather information.”

“The pharmacist Ms Hyun (sp?) is exceptional in the treatment of her patients in every possible way. She always takes the time to explain any possible side effects of a prescribed medication or injection. She has the ability to administer virtually painful injection when called for. Because of this my wife rather have her give any needed injections rather than the doctor’s office. She is by far the benchmark of the perfect pharmacist. She always reminds me of any inoculations I may need. If there is new pharmacist who needs the human relationship part of training CVS should be using her. She’s at the CVS inside of the Target store on north Coit.”
