STAY AWAY. They underwent new management and this management has been a nightmare to deal with. I’ve been living here for over a year and have never had a problem until now. Office is open? Doesn’t matter, they’ll decline your calls. Hallways are filthy dirty. Ridiculous fees added that makes rent higher than the listed price and did I mention the ROACHES? Have tried calling the office several times to demand an exterminator come because this is the first time we have ever had to deal with them. If the roaches are willing to come out in plain sight then you know there are hundreds more hiding in the walls. We clean everyday and make sure food is put away and dishes are done but there is still a problem and management has not returned A SINGLE CALL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ENJOY LIVING WITH ROACHES AND POOR MANAGEMENT. I will 100% NOT be renewing my lease here again.
Update: It has been weeks since I posted and we are still having a roach problem despite our efforts to treat them with traps that WE had to buy because management has still not returned our calls and now we are starting to find them in our bedroom where there is no food. This is not how someone should live, we have renter rights and this is absolutely unacceptable. Words could not explain how unhappy I am with how they are ignoring us and if I could I’d give them 0 stars.

Save you time and money. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Coming from someone who've been here for 5 years. Only good is the maintenance team.
Update: We are ending our lease in January but constantly have people from the front desk everyday knocking on our door saying our unit is vacant. I paid my rent and I'm not going anywhere until my lease is over. You can't bully people to move out a unit and if it keep happening I'm calling my lawyer and the police. This place is a joke!!!!!!

Please read before you sign a lease here. Horrible roach infestation.
I moved here three years ago, a young widow trying to take my first steps on my own. This is what I could afford, so I made it work.. Everything was okay, not great but manageable there was trash in the hallways and bird droppings everywhere. Which I found disgusting but tried to ignore. A year later my son moved home from college and I moved into a two bedroom just down the hall, this is where tolerable became a nightmare.
After the first few days the toilet clogged, okay no big deal except that it been happening every week or so. Randomly I should add for no obvious reason for the last year. i try not to use that bathroom if my son is not home. I saw a bug or two but I just got the raid and killed them. as it got worse I bought the sound wave plug in to keep them away. This had no impact. I reached out to the office and I asked for pest control. He didn't show. I went to the office that Saturday and talked to the staff. They told me he will come on Thursday, no he did not. He finally came the week after and sprayed but it barely made a dent in the problem. Again I asked for pest control, nothing. At this point it was bad, I was buying every kill roach thing I could find. I was so disgusted. I am a very clean person and I even got more intense with my cleaning with this situation but it wasn't helping. Roaches were literally walking in the front door. I continued to ask for pest control, but then last week the worst scenario there was happened. There was a roach in my bed. I don't eat or drink in my room. They were also in my closet. Now I was terrified to put clothes on. I tried to calm myself down but you can imagine how horrified I was. My son couldn't sleep at night and I was right there with him. Trust me nobody wanted to bring food into the house or eat here. I tried to tell him it was a fluke but then they were crawling across his walls at night. It was just a couple more months and we were going to try and tough it out. Then it happened again a roach in my bed and that point it was too much we went looking for a new place to live. We signed a new lease that day.
Some other issues that I encountered they charged me for storage for months upon months even though they never gave it to me. I've had storage for one month. They have charged me for at least seven month that's how long it took them to get it “ready” for me. They charged me a $100.00 trash fee, while my son and I were out of the state. Saying we left our trash can out overnight. I contacted management about this and said this was impossible because we were in California for the last three weeks. He asked if he could check my apartment and I said yes. i guess he thought I was making it up. I assume he verified because as expected my trash can was in my kitchen when I got home. Empty as I had left it. of course None of these charges have ever been reversed.
Poor management is such an understatement, poor communication, terrible follow-thru .I would not wish this on anyone. Even with the expense of two rents for a month or so it is so worth getting out of here. No one should have to live like this.
Final thought at first I thought maybe it's just my place...possibly a bad neighbor but if you walk around the complex you will see this is not a unit problem but i suspect a majority of the complex has an issue because I have seen them in the halls, and on the siding. Honestly if they're scurrying down the hall running in your front door more people have to have an issue.

1. I've lived here for three years, and it's difficult to give ANY positive review. The constant noise from the neighbors upstairs and downstairs is very annoying, and management doesn't care or take any action to address the noise after 9 PM.
2. The management is the worst. I tried to move out, but the office manager never responded to my requests for the move-out termination package. They kept extending my move-out date, seemingly to charge me for extra days. I sent emails and called multiple times, but received no response. I finally walked into the office due to my concern about extra charges, but they said they couldn't authorize anything.
3. They requested that we submit parking permits before May 31. I submitted mine, but they changed the policy on June 16 without any notification or warning, and my car was towed. When I explained the situation to management, they said they couldn't help. I had to pay $400 to get my car back, and my car was damaged and scratched in the process. They change policies without notice and show no responsibility.
4. I experienced a HIT AND RUN incident with my car in the parking lot few month ago. Management said it was not their responsibility and advised me to call the police, who in turn said it was the apartment complex's responsibility. The open street access is dangerous, with no guard or cameras. Even the garage parking, which costs extra extra, is not secure.
5. There was a water leak from my apartment to the unit downstairs. Maintenance came in every day without notice, leaving my unit dirty and providing no explanation about the leak. They never cleaned up after their work, leaving my area dirty every day. When I cleaned up, it would get dirty again the next day.
If you're considering moving in, be aware of how many vacancies there are—A LOT because people aware of this managment and tried to move out of the terrible management and maintenance.
RECORD all your interactions with management, as this has been the biggest scam I've ever experienced.

Sami and Marlena have been amazing. I have been a resident since June of 2023 since the new management took over, I have gotten excellent service, they always listen to my needs, and resolve them in a timely manner. Sami has always been great to work with!

Nice quiet neighborhood safe for families and children the staff is great they stay on top of maintenance if I ever need something it's fixed within the day. I've been living here for 3 years and have just renewed my lease for another year
Edit I've been here for 7 years now almost 8! The office staff and manager Marlena are caring and attentive. The maintenance team are quick and friendly. Brad went above and beyond with some issues I was having. They have made some changes that have improved the quality of the community.

Do not move here! Management is terrible and they do not value their tenants. They will also overcharge you on move out day even if you’re done everything in your power to make sure you’ve taken care of everything. You have to also worry about your car being broken into at night.

Don’t move here. They are actively on the lookout for ways to charge you more money via hidden feeds to make up for the low rent. Leave your trash out at the wrong time of day and get charged a $100 trash violation fee with no recourse.
They will also tow you and your visitors’ cars for any reason they like to make some extra cash with the towing company. Seriously, they prowl the lot all night every night- even visitor parking. Your car is not safe here.
The front office does not have a direct contact. If you call them, you get lantower dispatch, who will never help answer your questions but rather point you to emails and phone numbers that never respond. If you want something done you have to visit the front office- be weary of this. Even when you do reach someone they will be pointing the responsibility to someone else- low accountability system.
Also, they made me sign “optional” documents I didn’t agree to in order to secure my lease and of course I couldn’t reach anyone to answer my questions about it.
The treadmills in the gym have been disconnected from time to time as well. Like why?! So infuriating.
Very predatory system meant to needle you for cash and cause constant anxiety rather than making you feel at home. Worst place I’ve ever lived.

From the second I walked in, Sami greeted me with the biggest smile and made everything so easy. Sami gave me the best impression I have ever seen in an apartment complex. He walked me through all the details and application process throughly and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Sami's expertise. Very excited to move in!

This place is an absolute joke, but I wish I was laughing. I have been a resident here for years and have dealt with a lot of the inconveniences of poor management and being charged hidden amenity fees on top of rent. This most recent letter has officially crossed the line.
Never in my life have I heard the term "Holiday Season is Toilet Clog Season". Who in their right mind is saying this? The fact you are doing these insane random inspections and then charging people for them, is absolutely wild.
The audacity to expect dog owners to SCRUB trees while walking their dog is unfathomable. This team can't even keep the hallways or property clean, but expect people to take cleaning supplies with them on their walks?
The end of this letter is absolutely beyond me. If you want people at the pool to act like a nursing home, you should work on making this place that. We as residents pay so much for so called "luxury" and are expected to not enjoy the pool like a normal person, talking and laughing. If your team is distracted by typical noises of people being at the pool, you need to find a better team. Quite frankly, I'm not even sure what work they are being distracted from! The current team never answers phone calls, never answers contacts in the resident portal and when you are lucky enough to receive an email response, it is riddled with spelling errors and short unhelpful responses. The property address isn't even spelled correctly in the signature line of the emails I have received.
My lease is coming to an end and I could not be happier to be leaving this place. I STRONGLY advise anyone looking into this place to just turn around and never look back!!
