We will definitely visit Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrollton again when in need of another new car. Our salesman, Alex, did a fabulous job of assisting us with finding exactly what we were looking for. He understood our needs without the high pressure salesman mentality. He was on top of all the paperwork and made our visit a very pleasant experience. And we love our new Ford F150!

Clay Young, my service advisor, did his job very well. He got back to me promptly when I called for an appointment, explained clearly what was going to happen during the 30,000-mile service. He followed up when I mentioned an issue with my battery and also took care of the recall issue that was on the books. He offered the delivery service and also asked me about Ford Pass points. All in all, smooth and efficient experience. I would highly recommend him and Five Star.

This Dealership is definitely the best I've ever been. I really needed a 3/4 ton truck but couldn't really afford one but thanks to my salesman Johnny Denny and the finance team I now have a 2024 F250 and love it. I would also like to add that the support here is excellent and I know they will be there for me if and when I need help. Thank you Johnny and the rest of the Sam Packs family!

My recent visit to the Ford dealership was excellent. Despite my truck breaking down, the turnaround time from my call to dropping it off was impressively swift. Clay, my advisor, was outstanding. He maintained regular communication and provided consistent updates on the repair progress. The service's speed and quality were truly impressive.thanks to Clay and the dealership team for their exceptional work!

The service department has gone from a five star facility to a 1 star in a year. What the heck is going on over there?? I have been a customer for awhile now and have always had good service and care with the service department. Not any longer. Even as loyal customer who has spent thousands there, they can't even look at my F150 for over a month, until next year sometime. Are you kidding me?? It had an intermittent no start issue leaving me and my family stranded and that is not good. I called several other Ford Dealerships in the Dallas area and had my choice because they were all saying 2-3 days to look at it. As promised by a Dallas dealership, it was diagnosed and repaired in 2 days. I don't know if the advisor at Sam Packs was simply a ding dong or the service department is totally screwed up but either way, I am no longer a customer. They definitely need to get their act together.

Customer service was off the charts. Was greeted outside at the door by Raul, whom offered me a cold water on a hot day. Raul was extremely friendly and knowledgeable all things relative to Ford and the overall automotive industry. Within minutes, Raul understood exactly what I needed. From working with Raul in sales to Louis in finance, and even meeting the extremely friendly General Sales Manager, Trey, everything at Sam Pack's was seamless and enjoyable. You can tell their sense of priority is the customer, as the entire experience couldn't have been more comfortable.10/10 will be returning and recommending.

Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to get you in the vehicle you want at an affordable monthly payment. I wanted to finance, but the interest rate brought the payment up to more than I wanted to pay each month. I decided to lease my truck to keep the payments affordable. Everyone is very helpful, especially Danny Forsee. I really love the look and features of my new Ford F150.

I'm highly disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service from Vincent. He had the ugliest attitude with my pregnant wife for no reason whatsoever. I don't appreciate any man being rude to my wife. He needs to check his attitude!

I have bought about 5 new vehicles from 5 star ford Carrollton. The gm trey is hands on. He’s probably the only gm I have ever seen working all over the place from being in the finance office or wherever he is needed. If someone can get you approval trey and his guys are first rate. My salesman Danny has been there for probably 30 years which speaks for itself very good about follow calls and seeing how everything is going. They have a guy name Michael in there finance office and this guy is a miracle worker. This is not a 5 star. It’s a dealership that treats you like family and that’s way better than any 5 star. That’s what other dealerships don’t understand and that’s why this dealership does so well

Sam pack is a great dealership. My family's been going here for years... But a dealership there to make money.. Sometimes you have to wait in If the car makes sense... Fuel Efficiency and warranty versus monthly payment... But the people provide great customer service.... But it needs to make sense financially. But the quality of ford is going up... Ford the company that did not take the loan or bell out and turn their company around.... Amazing

Fri 6/2 I was in an accident, my car was not drivable. A reputable wrecker service in the area had recommended Sam Pack's Five Star Ford to me & my car was towed there. From the beginning, the communication was very poor. I called Roxanne for weekly updates, there were weeks I'd call 3 times, left voicemails & never received a call back. I was told a new date on multiple occasions that was never met. She also mentioned many times that she would put a reminder in her phone for a specific date to call me with an update, but that never happened. Fri 9/1 at 9:30am, Roxanne called to let me know my car was done & taken to get detailed. Out of the 3 months my car was in the shop this was the ONLY time she called me first. I had asked her to call me at least 2 days in advance so I can ask off work & plan travel arrangements since I lived 5 hours away. When I spoke to her Tues 8/29, she didn't think my car would be ready that week but would call me on Wed/Thurs to give me a better date, that didn't happen. I was able to get off early on Fri 9/1 & made travel arrangements but didn't make it to the shop until after they were closed.Sat 9/2 ISSUES BEGIN:When I got the shop, the center wheel cap logo was missing. Roxanne claimed she did a thorough inspection, obviously not. They found it & reinstalled. Issue resolved.I turned on my car & the tire pressure monitor was on. Front driver side tire was at 23psi & the front/rear passenger side tires were at 28psi. I asked her to fill them up since I had a 5 hour drive home. She was kind of fussy about it but had the service guy fill them up. She brought it back & the light was still on but had said that his gauge was at 32 psi & the sensors needed to recalibrate & it wouldn't do so until I drove for a bit. Fine. Issue resolved, so I thought.Left the body shop & I had 106 miles until empty, back in June when I left the car (not drivable), I had about 186 miles until empty. I understand the service guys needed to drive it to make sure the suspension & alignment passed. But 80 miles? Where else was my car driven?Went to eat lunch before getting on the road, & leaving the restaurant the sun was hitting the repaired spot really well & I noticed a TERRIBLE paint drip spot. The shop was already closed so I couldn't call. It's a Saturday & Labor Day weekend so they wouldn't be open again until Tues 9/5, I'll call then.Driving on the highway my tires finally recalibrate & the tire pressure monitor light turned off. Not even 5 minutes later the light turns back on for the front driver side tire & the PSI starts to drop. It dropped to 28psi then I hear a pop, I pulled over & the tire was at 1psi. The tire had a nail and a crack in it. These tires were completely fine before being in the hands of this shop. I put the spare on & drove to discount tire a few miles away. Not only was that tire done for it, the other front tire had a small crack in it also... add 2 hours, $560 and 2 new tires later I was finally on my way home.The car was very dusty on the interior, & there was trash all in it, only 1 piece of trash being mine. The day prior Roxanne told me it would be detailed but maybe they only washed the exterior. I don't know if that even happened because it looked super dirty. Sun 9/3, I took my car to my regular car wash & started inside near the trunk dusting it all out. My car has cream interior that was in PRISTINE condition before being left in the hands of this body shop. While dusting, I looked up & there are BLACK grease finger / hand prints all on the cream roof lining, from the lift gate all the way to the driver door. I'm going to have to spend good money at a professional detail shop to get those black grease stains out IF they comes out. On top of that, the tint on my back window was cut. It was not like that before.I will never recommend this body shop to anyone, they are non communicative, unprofessional, I felt like they took advanta

Outstanding car buying experience!! I worked with Aidan for buying a vehicle for my son and he was just amazing. Aidan was patient and understood my requirements and budget constraints and worked with me over several weeks to help us find the right vehicle.I had a Ford dealership close to where we are but went to Sam Packs Five Star Ford as I really liked how Aidan went about finding us a suitable vehicle. There was no pressure or text message spams.They also have the best prices and incentives and there were no last minute price increases or surprises. Great team and a big shout out to Raj and Louis who helped close the deal.Keep it up guys! You Rock!!
