“My experience with this Carrollton west is they always go above and beyond and spend time making sure you understand what’s going on with your pet and how to help them. We’ve had issues with a macaw that has wing web dermatitis and when the meds ran out Ross personally delivered them with a smile in Fort Worth ❗️that is amazing customer service. Even tho it’s an hour drive it’s worth it to us because their service is unbeatable ❗️thank you❗️”
