I visited the Wells Fargo branch in Carrollton as an authorized signer on an account, but was refused service without any clear explanation. I felt mistreated and treated unfairly because of my accent. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and overall it was a very frustrating experience.

Usually have great service here, but today April was extremely unhelpful and rude. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but I was definitely unsatisfied with the service here on this occasion.
