I had to do a return for Amazon purchase and was told I could do it at Kohl's and I went it was so easy, great customer service and it was done in less than a minute! Plus I did not get out of the store cause I found some great dresses and some awesome sales that I had to purchase and when I went up to the register I was greeted by Leslie and she heard me talking to the customer behind me about doing a Amazon return and she ask me, do I have the receipt because I could get a percentage off and I said yes! It was awesome cause she let me know when she didn't have to, but she did. Great customer service all the way around!!!

“This place was amazing and everything I could of hoped for, for my daughter to find that perfect senior prom dress. Different colors, styles, lengths, sizes.... just perfect! Arely helped us out and helped my daughter to try on multiple different dresses. She was super patient and we BEYOND appreciate it. We are also able to get it altered there as well. This place is SOOO much more affordable than the other place we went too. I DEFINITELY suggest this location for prom dress shopping! Thank you again Arely for everything!”
