    Absolutely horrible experience. Haven’t received my container. Have had to call multiple times to try and get my container to be dropped off and absolutely no one seems to know what’s going every time I call. Worst experience. Prepare to be on hold for over an hour to attempt to get ahold of someone.

    Terrible service. Got charged for one month storage which I knew nothing about. Terrible customer service- they were outright rude and even lied. I had to chase them down to get my things. And still nothing. Transparency = 0
