“I am trying to enter my storage unit today. But the gate of the storage building is like this. It's in this situation for several weeks.
Just an update: I found out there is a code pad at the building entrance. You just need to enter your gate code, same as when you enter at facility gate. The building gate will open.
This gate keep our storage unit more private. It's much better. Thank you for this service. I am sorry for misunderstanding earlier. I should ask the front desk first.”

“Greg, Marcus, and Alex moved my daughter to Denton yesterday. They were incredibly time efficient, thorough in wrapping and caring for her furniture, and very professional & polite. I know locked off 1 star due to a couple of communication issues with James. The main issue is originally James said we would be the first move of the day and I am guessing closer to the date they had to rearrange the moving schedule which I understand. I just would have appreciated a notice the day before to inform me since I arrived at her place at 730am and movers came at 1:15pm. That made us have a long day and wasted time in the morning sitting around waiting. However, I would use again and I will contact 24-hour in advance to check their schedule arrangement and avoid unproductive time span.

“Lamont was terrific the morning he delivered our storage unit. He let me know about his concerns getting it set properly in the space we’d predetermined. When I walked to the area and explained how I thought it might work, he confirmed he would try to get it off the truck and onto that spot.
He didn’t just try to - he absolutely (literally😅) delivered, spot on!
He’s such a nice person, and willing to talk things through. We’d definitely hire the company, again.”
“I'm at the other end of my move now, the receiving end where my pods are being delivered. First one was right on schedule with a late morning delivery. The delivery guy (Marco) was very personable, professional, and very conscientious of my property. He took extra care not to damage my concrete driveway and my small trees and shrubs that lined the driveway. I hope he is the one to deliver my second of as well. Right now Packrat is batting 1000 as far as I'm concerned. Both the Ohio and Texas drivers were awesome...and thus far they have done everything they said they were going to, no surprises and more importantly no surprise fees. Again so far I would definitely recommend their pod service and would definitely use them again should the need arise”
