“For some reason the battery in my truck gave out at the Carthage RV Park. I called to see if NAPA had a battery in stock. They did and they would deliver. In the mean time, I unhooked the old dead battery and tried to lift it out. Couldnt get enough leverage to lift it out and it was already hot and humid. Well, the delivery guy showed up quickly and picked the battery up out of the truck like it was a small bag of peanuts. I took a chance to ask if he would mind taking the old battery out of my truck and putting the new one in. He got right at it and I finished connecting the new battery so we could be on our way home to Fredericksburg. I just want to publicly acknowledge this fine young man. Im getting old and it would have taken everything I had to get that big ol battery out and the new back in. Customer Service with a smile is alive and well at Carthage NAPA. Thanks again to NAPA for delivering and the fine young man who happily helped us out.”
“I'm so happy that my trunk is fixed! Honest to God people, warm atmosphere, attentive, & caring. The last place I went to told me I needed a new trunk latch for $250. When I came here, only pieces of glass was blocking my trunk latch. The charge for just taking a look and removing debris was $0! People will try to trick you but not Kelly's Collision! This will be my new go-to place for any other car needs. Thank you so much! :)”
