“Great place to do business! Service manager was polite and communicated well when to expect the truck to be ready. Got an overhead valve adjustment on my Freightliner. Price was was awesome compared to dealer. The best part is the were able to get my rig done within 24 hours. The dealer needed a week just to get to it. I’ve definitely found my new shop to use.”

“I'm so happy that my trunk is fixed! Honest to God people, warm atmosphere, attentive, & caring. The last place I went to told me I needed a new trunk latch for $250. When I came here, only pieces of glass was blocking my trunk latch. The charge for just taking a look and removing debris was $0! People will try to trick you but not Kelly's Collision! “Our car was making noise. A mechanic friend of our told us to try B&R. It was the best advice we could have gotten. It was a broken flex pipe. The guys looked at it. Said “no problem” and got it up on the lift. Within 15 minutes they came out saying that it was ready. The price was very fair and reasonable. The other staff were also very kind and friendly. We would definitely recommend B&R for any of your muffler and brake issues.”

“Charlotte, Nathan, Jose, Anna…and everyone here went above and beyond to make sure everything about my 1999 dodge camper van was safe and secure for my dog, Truvy, and me to continue driving down the road for a hundred thousand more miles! We came in knowing I needed new brakes and they found the front end suspension needed a lot more work so they got busy making sure it was all taken care of. Charlotte even drove to Longview to get the right parts for it so they could get it all done in one day. After a full day of work, they made extra sure it was all properly aligned so Truvy and I could get back on the road knowing they did a perfect job. They treated us like family and I’m sure that’s how they treat all their customers, with lots and lots of love and care. I’ve never had such a great experience getting a vehicle worked on. They’ve got a great team/family at this shop!”
