Had a puncture in my trailer tire and was leaking air quickly.
From the Carthage, TX Loves truck stop I called ahead to see if I could get the tire patched or replaced.

“I'm so happy that my trunk is fixed! Honest to God people, warm atmosphere, attentive, & caring. The last place I went to told me I needed a new trunk latch for $250. When I came here, only pieces of glass was blocking my trunk latch. The charge for just taking a look and removing debris was $0! People will try to trick you but not Kelly's Collision! “I have had some rattling when hitting bumps and bulldog inspected it and told me they didn’t see anything wrong with any suspension components. My truck has 160,000 miles on it and grateful for the honesty but went ahead and ask them to replace them making a big difference. While in Longview, I took my truck to discount tire to have my tire rotated and balanced and they broke a lug nut off and blamed bulldog for over tightening. Bulldog automotive went up and beyond and helped me get that issue fixed. Great service and amazing staff. Thank you again! Happy holidays and may God bless your business!”

“Our car was making noise. A mechanic friend of our told us to try B&R. It was the best advice we could have gotten. It was a broken flex pipe. The guys looked at it. Said “no problem” and got it up on the lift. Within 15 minutes they came out saying that it was ready. The price was very fair and reasonable. The other staff were also very kind and friendly. We would definitely recommend B&R for any of your muffler and brake issues.”
