“The price is generally pretty good, but these are very drippy nozzles- They leak more gas when pulling them out after fueling than any station I've encountered in years. Multiply a dozen drops each fueling by hundreds of people serviced daily, and it's a huge waste of fuel and significant contributor to Bexar County's severe ozone pollution.
I also hate advertisements playing while pumping but at least they're not for cigarettes.”
“Very friendly but when it comes to baggage your groceries they're very poorly. They throw everything and they don't want to double bag it and I already told so many times over and over and over to the managers and they don't fix the the issue. They should send those baggers to take a class cuz I don't know how to bag your groceries I just went to HEB the same HEB Babcock and huebner. I don't appreciate why you going to put four of those. Humongous bottles is glass. I'm talking about glass on glass and then my yogurts glass and glass is not even funny. Y'all need to stop because you're all's manager. “A decent sized HEB with everything one could need. Nice cut to order meat market along the back wall is a real plus. Their fresh fruits and vegetables sections offer a wider selection than I've seen at other HEBs. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful. The only gripe I've got is that the parking lot nearest the entrance is uphill when leaving the store and with groceries can be a bit hard if dealing with a mobility issue. There are handicap parking spaces very close to the entrance (and not uphill) if you're fortunate enough to get one. Overall, a great store.”

“A good gas station to visit and fill up your car, you clean the pumps, the place looks clean and the most notable thing about this large chain of gas stations is its affordable prices, low compared to its direct competitors since here you find the most economical fuel I really like to recharge at any branch of this chain. They really didn't have to help me, but they did. This HEB is super close to my work. I usually shop at the one in Alamo Heights, but this one is really convenient for stops during and after work. The area is a little sketchy, but the staff and security are always present and attentive. Great management and great employees!”

“I don’t even know where to begin… this pharmacy has truly been a blessing to my family. I have a large household, and like many families, the cost of medications adds up fast especially at the beginning of the year when everything seems to reset and prices go up. It can feel overwhelming when you need your medicine and don’t really have a choice.
But what makes this place different is the people.
Jacob went completely above and beyond for me. He took the time to let me know about a program I had no idea existed, something he absolutely did not have to do. Because of him, I went from paying around $65 for my medication down to just $25. That kind of savings is not small, it makes a real difference for my family. Every single dollar matters in a household like mine, and his kindness genuinely impacted our daily life.
And I have to also recognize Mr. Kwan. He has always been so patient, so knowledgeable, and so willing to explain medications in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell he truly cares about the people he’s helping, not just filling prescriptions and moving on.
Yes, the hours have changed and I do miss the longer ones, but I understand. Because at the end of the day, it’s the people inside that pharmacy who make it what it is—and they are exceptional.
I come to H-E-B Pharmacy all the time, and I will continue to do so because of the care, honesty, and effort I receive here.
