“If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommend the service at Wagner RV! Jesse is extremely knowledgeable and looks for the most economical way to fix your RV without compromising the quality of the repair. I took my RV to Wagner for many issues. Skylight replacement, awning, tail light replaced, power cord receptacle replaced, fixed hydraulics on my outdoor kitchen, reattached awning arms that had broken away from the trailer, toilet base that he discovered was leaking, restored my roof, and the best thing was he rerouted drain to my outdoor sink. I couldn’t use it because it emptied into my black water tank - bad design- so I asked if it could be changed to where I could just let it drain like the gray water. Jesse did it and I can finally use it. I also asked if he could fix it so I could use it as an outdoor shower for my special needs husband and he made it work. Check out my pictures. So thoughtful how he designed it to work ! Jesse, Glen and Charlie are a great team! They fixed all my issues and kept me updated with text and pictures throughout the process. I had lots of questions and Jesse was so kind and patient as he educated me! When I picked up the Rv they went through the repairs done. They even washed my RV. One of my neighbors asked if I had gotten a new trailer! Once I got to my property over an hour away I had a problem with the water inlet - Jesse came to me and fixed the issue! Definitely went above and beyond to help me! They have a customer for life!”

“I had a road incident involving a big can of old oil ripping the lining of my car ‘s undercarriage . I was this damsel in distress not knowing where to call to fix it ( the lining was having a very close relationship with a road surface making driving very uncomfortable due to the unsettling noise ). I was at the end of my rope when suddenly I realized going to the closest dealership is my best option, which North Park CD JR in Castroville was 1 mile away.
I was very impressed with everything there: beautiful, modern building, immediate attention of staff , modern , visible service area and very comfortable waiting room with little nook with serious massager chairs. Everything was super but what happen next was simply amazing!
My car was inspected, lining removed so I could drive without a stress, the old lining packed in a plastic bag, screws neatly gathered in my cup holder and… they did not charge me a penny for any of this! If that’s the spirit of this place they achieved superior level! I am very grateful for what they have done and recommend this place for any car owner.@”

“I have used Eller's Auto for several years at their old location and new location. I primarily use them for oil changes, but I've used them for mysterious noises, suspension repairs, fuel tank issues, and others. A couple times I expected a $1000 estimate for repairs and their diagnosis determined it could be fixed for less than $100. They have always been helpful, informative, and fair. I've referred some friends and coworkers to Eller's and they have kept returning so they're doing something right.”

“Service: A++Al F. PORTER SUPERVISOR seen me as soon as I drove up (what a gentleman) he was kind and quick to assist me and ask what I needed to be done before heading inside. My vehicle needed an oil change so I an set appointment for the A.M. (appointment is recommended if you don't want to wait more than 90 min!) Soon as I walked through those doors their friendly greeting and clean environment, free coffee, and snacks make the waiting worth the wait!!! (Coffee addict sorry I had 3 cups on ya thank you! Lol) I am sad to see the playroom for the young kids gone because I usually wait in there with my 3 kiddos (but it's okay because tic tac toe and hangman are our favorite games and all you need is paper and a pen:)) OOHH I finally even had my exterior car washed with a quick interior vacuum!!! (It's been months since they did that due to their car wash breaking down or some story l) HOWEVER, AL F. MY GUY MADE IT HAPPEN, CAPTAIN!THANK YOU FOR COMING THROUGH! Overall everyone is nice and friendly especially the sweet woman at the payment counter with the gray pixie cut (ROCK IS SISTA!) but AL F. made my day and experience a little bit better and brought a smile to my face just by being a gentleman keeping his word, and opening my car door for me..it's a nice touch in the Service department. THANKS, AL FOR MAKING MY DAY JUST BY BEING YOU! I'll be back as always and hopefully my experience is just as good as the last!”

“My dad's car broke down in Castroville, and Albino's truly went above and beyond to help him out. After calling them for assistance, they promptly came to pick him up and towed his car to their shop. Since the necessary parts wouldn’t arrive until the next day, they even drove him to a hotel to ensure he had somewhere to stay. The following day, they picked him up from the hotel once the car was ready. Not only was their service incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, but their pricing was also fair. “Came here to replace the bulbs in my headlights. The wait time was going to be 2 hours because there were so many people ahead of me, but Raul (or is it Raol? I didn't ask the spelling, sorry!!) Popped my hood and popped the bulbs into my headlights in the parking lot. It was so inexpensive, and he took less than 20 minutes. Definitely coming back here for future auto care.”
