I've seen uncommon generosity and kindness that you just don't see anymore from a business. I hear a complaint and have seen one personally too.It can be disheartening to spend money only to find that the problem can't be fixed. But a business is not there to diagnose a problem or work on your vehicle for free either. The customer is always informed of the next step. No one is ever cheated. They just don't like what they are being told.”
“Starting with accomodations at their adjacent RV park, this exp has been great. Renee greets you and runs the counter, Nikki deals directly with you on the warranty, Andrew (the Master Tech) becomes a friend. I can't even tell who is in charge. It's like I walked into a family reunion that can expertly repair my RV. My absorption fridge dumped in 104 degrees. In the end, Nikki and Andrew got me $1600 towards a NEW 12v fridge! Prices are great! Even the spacious fenced lot is just $25 a night! Could NOT BE HAPPIER.”
“Highest RecommendationMark honored his estimate, was very easy to work with, timely, and did an excellent job at a much better price than several others had quoted. Someone had side swiped the driver side of my Ru Outback messing up the front fender and deeply scraping the rear outside fender. Mark explained his repair strategy saying my Tri-pearl white paint color was tricky to match, requiring three layers, but he mixes his own paints on site with the original maker formula codes. His confidence put me at total ease. Dropped it off on Monday and picked it up the following Friday just as promised. Can't tell it was ever damaged or repainted. Absolutely perfect and he stands behind his work. Nice to have someone so skilled, honest and dependable in a town known for it's "fly by nighters". Just an all around good guy. Thank you, Mark.”

“I was really impressed with the knowledge and experience James and his crew have about older vehicles. I took my modified 1949 ford in for some steering and suspension problems.They repaired what they could, spent the time to explain the parts I needed to complete the job.And even told me where I could order the parts.
