“Can't praise this shop enough! I have a little 2020 Ford EcoSport. Transmission was skipping/jolting trying to go faster that 55mph. Dealership quoted me at $9K to replace it but somehow also $9K to repair it didn't disclose exactly what was wrong with it. Thankfully a co-worker recommended BERT'S GENE. Tony and the team were great. TRANSPARENT & straight forward. I'm not a car guy, so I hate the feeling that I get (powerlessness) every time I have to do deal with a dealership or shop. With Tony & team, best experience I've had in a long time by far. Quoted $8K for a replacement & roughly $5K to repair. They called & over communicated anything that came up that could impact previously discussed pricing. As long as I'm in this area, they'll have me as a customer. Thanks team.

“Recently had my truck worked on at Beldens and my truck needed major repairs. It was towed in. And even though it was a stressful situation, I was reassured with peace of mind after speaking to Armando and Ben. The following week consisted of a bunch of phone calls and each time I spoke to Armando and Ben I always recieved excellent customer service. “Two days in a row, I had a great experience when I visited the shop. On the first day, I had a flat, put the spare on, and drove to Discount Tire for some air; they gave me some BS about how they couldn't put air in the donut. I pulled in here, and they got me a new used tire for $65. The next day, my car was overheating, so I pulled in and asked them to do a diagnostic test. I opened my mouth to say how I thought it could have been a blown head gasket; the mechanic listened to me and then started to check things out under the hood. Turns out it was a blown fan. Some other shop would have taken advantage here and charge me more then Two days in a row, I had a great experience when I visited the shop. “Great Guy, Great Service. Quick friendly and efficient. Even offered Me and My 2 kids a cold bottle of water a nice gesture in this texas heat, small things like that matter. Even said any problems to come back and see Him and He will take care of it. Highly recommended 👌🏽, only downside is that it's a little hidden and I would've never seen that place unless I looked it up. And high reviews is what's going to make this place more visible to searches. I normally dont 5 star places unless they do a helluva job, they earned My business and review 👍🏽 👍🏽”

I got to the shop around 9am and my car was done around 10:30! The work done was perfect! It looks like the damage was never there! I recommend this place for any cosmetic issues on your cars!”

“My truck was broken into last week my rear windshield smashed and ignition was ripped apart I called them and they were able to have a tow truck sent to pick up the truck they took it in and got it fix with in two days they were easy to work with fairly priced unfortunately I had other problems with the truck that wasn’t related to the break in I would’ve never known if they didn’t thoroughly check everything I didn’t even have to ask I’ve had my truck serviced at a dealership multiple times and they never picked up on the things they were able to find”

“This is one of the most impressive businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Diana in the office is knowledgeable and very personable. They try to provide same or next day appointments and the tech actually showed up at exactly the promised time - can't remember when that has happened with other services.
I have a 45' diesel RV and most techs just change parts and cross their fingers. Aaron knew exactly what to do and had it working properly in no time - actually better than new. This guy knows AC and did in one hour what most shops would take two days to do and he did it for a fraction of the cost.
If I sound impressed, it is because I am. They also can do or arrange for some chassis work. He also said he can work on some sealed RV roof air conditioners, depending on model. I don't know of anyone else who will work on them.
This is a first class operation that sets the standard for all other mobile services.”

“I installed Tx Speed Bald Eagle Boost Cam and stage 2.5 heads on my 2004 GTO on my garage. Did a mail order tune from another company but kept getting lean codes when I'd rev it out. Nate re-tuned it and picked up 30 whp. and it now runs and idles smooth and rips through the rev range and zero codes. I experienced great service and communication. Thanks again man! I'll have you all supercharge it next.”
“Little hole in the wall shop, big job performance. I have had my ABS replaced here, my radiator fan, my shocks with ball joints and my whole engine on my prius. Far cheaper than going to the dealership to get the work done. It might not be done right away since they have a lot of work to do but they will get around to it and the work will be thorough.”
