“Units are taken care of and because it is more secluded it seems to be a good place to keep stuff safe. The property is well kept and the prices aren’t horrible. Just wish it wasn’t so far away and had more ways to get there without my vehicle.”

I love how the prices only went up $10.00 in ALL 9 years. Mr and Mrs Lutz are wonderful people. I've had no issues working with them. Mr.Lutz has even gone out of his way to come to my unit to spray WD40 on the lock and the door to open up easier.”
