Even when I was in the lobby and was unsure if I was going to have him repair my car he still made my friend and I feel at home. Allstate was trying to total my car, but Hazael played a crucial role in ensuring that didn’t happen. This just shows that they truly care about their customers and always has their best interest.

Not only was the customer service great, but the quality of the work was unmatched. My car looked brand new when I got it back, and they even went ahead and cleaned it for me. All of these actions didn’t go unnoticed.

“What wonderfully nice and super efficient people in this office. I was first greeted by a wonderfully young lady when I walked in and then handed over to Jennifer. Jennifer handled business with my claim like her life depended on it. That woman does not miss a beat. When I picked up my truck, and she thought something was a little loose on my tailgate, SHE Pulled out her own bag of tools and started tightening things. She told me that she wanted me to have no concerns and to get back with her in a couple of days to let her know everything is A-OK.

“Highly recommend UT Collision Repair. I got myself into a pickle after buying a car with hail damage from a dealership in Round Rock, and the discount they gave me wouldn't cover the repairs. I would have been thousands out of pocket and left to pay for it without insurance.

This body shop was the least expensive by far and got the job done in under a week (and this was during the latest freeze and over MLK weekend). My new hood looks great, and the color matches perfectly.
