“Wonderful cust service. No long waits & most of the time there is only 2 tellers. I've been to another branch, they'll have 3 to 4 tellers & I have to wait a long time. I don't mind driving 10 miles to get good cust service. I like when they put a hold on my card when they've received notice of possible vendor compromise. My only negative thought is they should call when that occurs instead of letting me get embarrassed when the card is declined.”
