I especially want to recognize the bank manager, Edwin McCoy. He recently helped my daughter and me with a complicated transaction and handled it seamlessly and quickly. His professionalism and knowledge made what could have been stressful completely effortless.

Since the passing of my husband, Edwin has also been absolutely invaluable in helping me transfer accounts and navigate everything during a very difficult time. He is always available, patient, compassionate, and incredibly helpful.

“Customer service is somewhat terrible here with certain tellers. I’ve been here twice. My first encounter was to get money out of my account and the lady rolled her eyes as if that was going to take up most of her day to do so. Did not see an id badge as it was hidden. The second time I came, I had to wait almost ten minutes before Yessica came over to help. She was the only one that took out the time to resolve my issue to get authenticated. Not sure if they are short staffed or whatever the issue is but please be mindful that customers do have feelings too and are also trying to get a resolution. The first experience was very rude but having someone like Yessica at this location is the reason for my 4 star rating. There is also a black male who sits on the right side of the bank who is nice as well, forgot got his name.”
