She greeted me, talked a little while and told me her colleague would service me. “Customer service is somewhat terrible here with certain tellers. I’ve been here twice. My first encounter was to get money out of my account and the lady rolled her eyes as if that was going to take up most of her day to do so. Did not see an id badge as it was hidden. The second time I came, I had to wait almost ten minutes before Yessica came over to help. She was the only one that took out the time to resolve my issue to get authenticated. Not sure if they are short staffed or whatever the issue is but please be mindful that customers do have feelings too and are also trying to get a resolution. The first experience was very rude but having someone like Yessica at this location is the reason for my 4 star rating. There is also a black male who sits on the right side of the bank who is nice as well, forgot got his name.”

“I walked into this location about five minutes before closing and there was a line almost to the door for the teller. There was only one teller working, which I imagine is pretty typical at closing time. Despite that, she never seemed rushed or flustered.
Several customers ahead of me had complicated issues that required extra time and assistance. She handled every person with patience, kindness, and clear step-by-step guidance.
When it was finally my turn, I explained a problem that other banks hadn’t been able to solve. She fixed it in about 30 seconds. Just like that. Afterward, she even made sure there wasn’t anything else I needed before I left.
When no one else could solve my problem, this teller did—quickly and with genuine kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back.”
