“I have a monthly membership and mostly have had good experiences there, although every now and then some of the equipment isn't working, the guys doing the pre-wash barely spray the vehicle, etc. Today, however, I had the best experience I've had since I've had my membership. Pedro was doing the prewash and he took great care - much better than I've ever had done by their staff. He was outstanding. I gave him a cash tip and made sure I told Harold, the manager, about what a great job he did. If they could find more employees like Pedro and Harold, there would be nothing but 5 star reviews on this review page.”
